This is something I've always found interesting. Add add much as you feel comfortable with of course, but try to contribute something here.

Here's my part:

I was born a Kentucky boy. Proud of it. Play guitar and 5-string banjo. Love rock-n-roll, bluegrass, country, Frank Sinatra, etc. I know it's a strange mix, buts that's just me. Joined the Marines in '76 and obtained the rank of E-5. Have worked in avation ever since. We are having a HUGE airshow in Prescott this weekend, and if you'd like to come up and see some old and new warbirds, you'll find me here! Ask for "Billy" at the Granite Mountain Aviation Hangar, and I'll be sure to seek you out!

Let's hear from some other members here!

you know me... should i "cut and paste"?

i guess there is more to it than that.

born and raised in glendale az. joined the marines after highschool, and quickly got released from the military to take up an academic scholarship. bob stump got me out, when my master seargent told me my as5 belonged to the core. i have regrets about not finishing my service. but, i am what i am because of everything i went threw. got my engineering degree from nau. attended asu for a bit too. always was an asu football fan. didn't have a pro team here while groing up, so i was a raiders fan. still am, but try like heck to be a cards fan. the bidwills make it tough to do so. i always suport the team and mostly don't like the owners. this year is the best yet with all the new things going on. players getting signed, quality coaches getting paid, draft picks that make sense, etc.

i too play guitar. a bit diferent though. i like the guitar work of steve vai and joe satriani. my favorite bands are slipnot, system of a down, static x, OLD metalica (not new!), megadeth, nirvana, other stuff like that. i also enoy the beatles, pink floyd, and other old bands that didn't play disco or hippy music. my favorite composer? wolfgang amadeus mozart.

well i could go on, but let's hear from bachelor #3:D

The Beatles and Floyd but no "hippy music"

First time I saw Floyd was 1975, had hair down to the middle of my back, and started smoking about 8 hours before the show! One of my email domains is based on a cut off Dark Side....

Seen Floyd 8 times since...

Retired in my early 40's after being a computer geek for 20 years. Grew up with the Packers and lived with the Vikings for a decade. Yes, I do have a foam cheese head.....

Sorry guys, My "resume" do not really compare too you guys but-

-Born and Raised in Lincoln Nebraska
- Raised by my grandparents
- Went to my 1st CARDS game at 10(26 now) have not missed a year since!
- Graduated Lincoln Northeast High School(Same High School as the new Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain) I knew him, but now I wish we were closer friends:D
- Went to Southeast Community College in Lincoln
- Have 2 jobs, been at both for over 5 years. Wes's baseball Cards, and Davincis Itailan Restruant
- Oh almost forgot went to my 1st SUNS game in Omaha NE(NBA Preseason) back when KJ, Chambers, Thunder Dan etc(Barkley was not there yet) were playing. We played the Lakers with Magic Johnson, but the life of me I can't remember what year it was. I also went to SUNS game 2 years before AMARE rookie year, Jason Kidd was the PG. And AMARE'S Rookie Year I also made it out for a game! I have not been to a game since though just cause it's so tuff to get tickets, but I consider myself the BIGGEST SUNS FAN along with being the BIGGEST CARDS FAN!!!:D I get the NBA League Pass, so that kind of makes up for not seeing us in person!

So that's a little about me

GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!

Bachelor #2, do you wad or wrap, and why?

All kidding aside.......

I was born and bred in Springfield, MO.....home of Bass Pro (outdoorsy types give me a "Hell Yeah!") and Cashew Chicken. I am nearing the second anniversary of my 29th birthday, and am the resident matriarch of this site. I am getting back into my comedy writing after a few years of block. I might just type some samples up for your reading pleasure in "The Lounge" area. Stay tuned!

I work with kids in the mornings, walking about 30 or so to school each morning, being the PTA VP at the same school, and cook for 40 or so sorority sisters after that.

I became a Cards Fan when I was 9 years old, when they were in St. Louis. I had fallen in love with football during SB XX....yes, the SB Shuffle did me in...and they were the closest team to me that were not named "Chiefs".

As for music, I enjoy the cheesy 80's stuff, most stuff from the "Hair Band" era, old school R&B, and, well, most anything but rap.

Speaking of rap, I leave you to ponder this question:

If Eminem were to suddenly come out of the closet, would he have to change his name to "Skittle"?

i classify "hippy music" as gratefull dead, bob dylin, mammas and pappas, etc. beatles and floyd were listened to by hippies, but they are just old rock.
